If anyone remembers I was the girl that loved to beat the boys! 42k was my racing number, which I raced the 100, 125, 175 and 250 classes. Those race years from 1971 to 1980 are good memories. I sure do miss it all! The TT track was one of my favorites. I have served our country, enjoy deer hunting and now have regional and state championships under my belt from the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting. I still feel heart broken with one score - being cheated out of a champion race in 1979. I still plan on visiting the track again to see some TT races.

I am looking for information on Hare Scramble series in the area. I have looked on the AMA District 17 sight and could not find a 2010 Hare Scramble Schedule. I am from Mt. Vernon IL, I switched from ATV's to bikes when I moved to the island of Oahu Hawaii participating and winning many local Hare Scramble's. I am returning to Mt. Vernon in Febuary and was wanting information on Hare Scramble Series in the area, I have no issues with taveling within the surrounding states to race. Does the TT event have a class for old timers? Use to race your track in the seventies. Excellent track and lots of fun.

Looking forward to getting involved with you guys... just got stationed at scott originally from a small town to the south and only about two miles from the track so i'll be seeing you all next season.

Though Will only got in on a couple of tt races at the end of the season is looking forward to the schedule for 2010. We all had a good time thanks.
